Assembly is straight forward and you might need some glue.

I recommend 100% infill for the strength of the blade

Printing Details
Print at 0.2 mm layer height, with 10% infill. This uses 31 g of filament and takes 164 minutes. 100% infill is recommended for the strength of the blade.
