A sturdy case that protects your cigarillos which holds two swisher sweet or whiteowl sized cigarillos. Don't suffer broken cigars again with this!
-Files 1 & 2 are for cigarillos with no plastic or wooden tips,
-Files 3 & 4 are for ones With plastic or wooden tips.
-File 5 is a ring-slide with a cutout to insert razor shard, which must be done super carefully to avoid serious harm.
-To do so, one would use pliers to take apart a cheap disposable shaving razor with like 2 blades, wearing eye protection, then use 2 small vice pliers to hold each end of the blade securely and then use tin snips to clip the razor into 4mm-ish segments.
Finally place the razor segment into slot near bottom of cigar slicer and super glue it well at a slight angle and let dry, then glue it again for good measure and let dry 6ish hours.
To Use cigar slicer:
-Place slicer ring around cigar and pull the cigar through it with your other hand for a perfectly sliced cigar, sift out any large stems from tobbacco blend and wrap it back up for and even smoother cigar smoke experience.
Post printing: I left a cigar out in the open to dry and had rinsed out the cigar tube with water and didnt dry the inside very well and put the cigar into the damp tube that still had a couple drops of water inside and i put the cap on and left it for a while. then later when i went to smoke the cigar, i noticed it had been rehydrated while it was inside. So i'm thinking that you might be able to use this technique to revive a very dry cigar for a nice smoke session as well as keep it protected and pocket friendly.
Redid V1 cap & tube and hope it'll work but i'm out of PLA to be able print it myself, also added a single tube & cap that'll hold just one. cap for single my need to be scaled down 1% for better fit.
-USE PLA dor this as ABS may leaks toxins into cigar!
-2 shells ( .8mm thick each)
-20% infil
-cigar tubes and caps Printed @ 320 microns with a .08mm nozzle to give the print micro ridges to help hold the lid on the case better.
-Cigar slicer shuttle printed @ 160 microns
-The first case and cap set takes 15 grams to make and the second set takes 20 grams.
-Print cap @ 99% scale or lower for better fit.
-No supports needed
I hope you enjoy this as much as i do
