If you're still in need of a christmas gift for your girlfriend (or wife) or if you just want to finally convince them that the bulky 3D printer was a superb purchase decision, this is the gift to go for. It prints without any support, doesn't need retractions, and will be genuinely useful. Also, the finely engraved details on the dolphins really highlight the power of 3D printing, while the overall smooth surface feels nice in your hand. And with only 94g, it's suprisingly lightweight, which gives the whole thing a rather high-quality feel. Just make sure you use foodsafe filement. Enjoy :)

We designed this mug using Z-Brush and an AI to make all details printable without support. The mug is 12cm tall and has 7.5cm opening. With the right material, the resulting mug is coffee-proof and dishwasher-safe :) You can also put a lamp inside, due to the varying thickness, it looks quite cool as a lampshade. Or you can use it as a vase and put flowers inside instead of coffe.

This object prints fine without any retractions and any support on my Ultimaker 2 with 250deg filament and 100deg buildplate and the 3dkTOP material.
