Printing Details
Both parts need to be printed VERTICALLY for best results and least amount of support material needed. (photos attached to show orientation and settings) Use a small brim to help stabilize the outer shell while printing, and a few supports placed in the arch only. (see photos) Use a 1 or 2 layer raft to print the insert and use supports for the horizontal side at the opposite end. (see photos) Printed this way requires very little cleanup, just remove the supports and trim off the brim. The raft should come away easily.
