PLA is technically food safe, but there are numerous other factors to consider, see this article for more. If you want to really use this cup hassle free, have it printed in ceramic. If you happen to know a ceramic 3D printing service or happen to own a ceramic printer, message me. For reals, I've been searching with no luck.

Printing Details
This needs a very small support for the part of the handle that touches the cup, I chose "supports everywhere" in Cura, its straight forward otherwise.
