I am multidisciplinary artist and designer. I have a diverse background in fine arts, design and science. My passion is on intersection of future, space and physical representation of the cognition in any form or material, and also how all these components connected and weaved in between themselves in spacetime. My current focus is on biomorphic transformation experiments, future mutants and alien theme, particularly visualisation of the future skin, material and language in sculpture and through sculptural reconstruction of the human body. Further I extend my work via other media such as film, photography and animation.

I am constantly searching for novel forms of expression. Currently I work with sculpture and body architecture, with application of contemporary technology and materials, with main focus on 3D printing. I apply highly theoretical and complex metaphorical approaches to create a strong narrative and to build a ‘world’ behind each work. I don’t limit myself by postmodernist linearity or technological achievements. My work values interconnectedness: I prefer not to view time or the development of the work as linear. I refer to the past, the future and current fields of study, and weave them together in the body of the work. For me, the space-time continuum is a more relevant way of thinking than a geographic, moment based way.

Since 2008, my professional experience spanned Russia, Brazil, Cyprus, China, and the UK. My work was featured at Central Saint Martins Digital Present blog, Blueprint magazine (September/October issue), in a solo article on 3D Printing Industry website. I presented my work at the international EVA London 2014 (Electronic Visualisation & the Arts) Research Workshop and Conference (July 2014). I participated as font designer and a member of the identity design team for the UK pavilion at the Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture in Shenzhen, China (December 2013). This project won Biennale’s Academic Committee Award. My films were showcased at the Artists' Cinema Lounge at Hackney Wicked Festival (August 2014) and Art Experimental screening at Trispace Gallery (September 2014). My work was exhibited at Somerset House (April 2013), the Saatchi Gallery (May 2014), Degree Show at Central Saint Martins (June 2014), Flair exhibition at London Design Festival (September 2014). My work is currently on a display at Lumen Prize Online Gallery 2014. Most recently, I became a finalist at 3D Printshow Global Awards 2014 in the Artist of the Year nomination.
