Welcome to Morocco!
Continuing with our landmark series of Morocco, we bring one of the most recognizable architecture from south of the Atlas Mountains: the Amazigh Kasbah, Ksar, or ighrem.
The Amazigh (also known as Berber) are an ethnic group of several nations mostly indigenous to North Africa and some northern parts of Western Africa.
Fortresses like this one typically consist of attached houses, collective granaries, and other structures like a mosque, bath, oven, and shops. They are widespread among the oasis populations of North Africa, sometimes situated in mountain locations to make defense easier; they often are entirely within a single, continuous wall.
The building material of the entire structure is normally adobe, or cut stone and adobe (from Wikipedia).
MiniWorld 3D is happy to bring these models to life and a smile to the people of Morocco and Northern Africa. MiniWorld 3D is the collection of 3D printable landmarks and models of the world! All our models are made from scratch by hand and brain, please give credit to all authors.
