Great files, I'm enjoying this build very much, here is glimpse of my progress so far, almost done though.I'm building the 60", though smaller, it seems to be more accurate in size than 71"version.

has anyone had issues of parts 3 &4 putting them together part 4 is bowed out and doenst sit right.. am i missing something??

Third attempt with extra shell and extra infill seems nice and solid!

I printed it at 100% infill, no scaling, .16 layer height. It's very solid.

The connectors.stl file you are referencing is appears to now be called Stock Supports 1.stl. It is the second one from the top. You can download that file directly by clicking on the download icon on the left. I didn't see the other one, the Trigger Cover. But it wouldn't be hard to create it.

A little bit more sanding and a final coat of primer and the paint job can start :-)

The files are fantastic and easy to print/build. I was surprised how well it turned out, still need to touch up some paint but I'm very happy with it.

I had an absolute blast doing this build! I used a 1 inch dowel for the main barrel, and sanded it down a bit to fit the parts. Weathering this thing was super fun and I gave the fork a hot metal look. Excellent file Rob, I love this print!

Hello all, I finally finished the Mandalorian's rifle. A fairly substantial project: More than 70 hours of printing, weeks of sanding (well I exaggerate a little but not that much), wood stain for the stock and spray paint for the main elements (except those printed in PLA Silk that I did not touch). Rob, thanks for the model.

Weathering is still messing but i think it looks really cool

This is a fantastic model to work with. My recommendation is to find a 25mm pole that fits the holes - i spent more time than I wanted sanding things down. I used a 1 inch diameter pole and it was slightly too big. I also used some 8mm alu rod that I had for another project. Some details and weathering still to do. Huge thanks.

Thanks for the files, the prints turned out great. I printed the main body and fork, and modeled the stock and grips out of Tassie Oak and stained them.

Hi amazing design and im most way through making one :) but Barrel support front doesn't match the connection for optional pew pew front as optional pew pew has only one flat side :(

Helmet and rifle. Had to do some extra work on the fork, as it broke right away. But I think everything came out ok! Great print!!

I printed the rifle at 75% in size for my 9 year old daughter. She wanted it galaxy themed. Thank you so much for helping her have an awesome Halloween during this crazy year.

This rifle inspired me to do the whole thing! Then do Cara Dune's outfit for my wife!

I just finished building this Pulse Rifle in time to give to my 19 year old son as a Christmas present. I did scale it up 7% to accommodate the 3/4 PVC pipe I used in the barrel. The overall length is now 67”, which is massive.

It took lots of time but I finally finished the pulse rifle! I am super happy with how it turn out. Thank you for an amazing design and the youtube video was very helpful. If anyone wants to see my full process I made an album on Imgur. https://imgur.com/gallery/YYpzRtN

Just finished my build, couple of area and errors on the file the Slip Pew pew end the Key area in the Front to the End barrel is the wrong shape , also had to combine Fram2 with 3 for easy and better print on FSM printer

got my wooden rods of Ebay no problem

as im printing parts for barrel and stuff i notice at 100% its ring diameter is 20 mm yet it says 25mm rod can anyone confirm if this is how its ment to be

Hi, There is a part that appears on the youtube building video but is not in the object parts list. Is that one inch stripe at the bottom of the Frame part 1 (3). What's up with that?

I have loved this set of files and am now on my fifth print. This one looks much better than the first one on painting. The one showed I did for my wife and the first two I gave to a neighbor family. Thank you for the files.

Hey there. Easily my most fun build yet. Thank you! I printed full size and love it. Even did wood PLA for the handle and grips. Question... I’d love to build two more. One at ~50% and ~30% for my nephew and youngest son. But I’d love to print those in like simple 2-3 pieces with a pvc through them. Any plans to add a simpler assembly of way fewer pieces for kiddie ones? The PVC spine is brilliant.

My recent build of the Mando Rifle. First time airbrushing. Model was build on Prusa Mk3s in ABS. I remixed the “pew-pew” end, I changed it so that it is screwed on to the barrel. Makes for safer storage.
