In the cold to the far north live Waddlings, a Penguin type race who are just as good as their southern counterparts Owklin. Despite living in Frigid Wastes or the Contracting Isles, these little, but stout, birdkin race are very resourceful with a rich history, although that is quickly being lost to the elements.
"Waddling Hydromancers are masters of manipulating water. They're able to use it offensively, defensively and can carve tunnels within large bodies of water and use it as a way of getting around fast. A special cloak is worn which is spun from pure H2O, this can be used in the field if there is no water for the Hydromancer to latch onto.
This is a Hydromancer in training, as you can see from all the inflatable aids.
