CEL Robox Filter Enclosure V1
CEL Robox Filter Enclosure V1

Two part enclosure to add an Activated Carbon filter to the CEL Robox.
To assemble slide the two parts together and maybe add a spot of glue. Then add 12.7mm wide padded magnetic tape into the recess and place 12mm (approx) thick Activated Carbon Foam into the enclosure.
Fitting to the Robox is easy. The top two pins locate into the vent holes and then the enclosure flexes slightly to locate the bottom two pins. This holds it in place on its own but the magnetic tape pulls it down and creates a good seal.
This is a work in progress but I have this enclosure to my Robox and it works great.
This was printed in two pieces at 300 micron layer height and took about 2 hours each. However I did make an error, to print with limited support (just for the location pins) it needs to be in the vetical orientation shown in the photo and this doesn’t fit into the Robox print volume… DOH! This can be printed on the Robox but needs to laid on its side with more support material.
This is a work in progress so I may add a three piece model at a later stage for better print orientation on the Robox itself.
