Summary
Make the adapter any size you need it. Straight attachments, Tapered attachments ... heck I think you could even print it to be an entire downstem attachment for a billy if you're that way inclined.
My first time using OpenSCAD for modelling.
Updated 19/07/2015: added "Easy Valve Adapter Diameter" to help compensate for shrinkage in different materials.
Updated 16/04/15 : added ability to customise "the button" also tried to harden the input values so you can't break the design so easily.
Instructions
If you have a big button print lots of supports. The button is however unnecessary. Try these settings to replace it with an easy to print stopper instead:
// Button Width
button_width_numerical_slider = 8
// Button Thickness
button_thickness_numerical_slider = 10
// Button Taper Percentage %
button_taper_numberical_slider = -20
