Headphone Stand
Headphone Stand

I designed this headphone stand with the objective of it being functional and easy to print, while at the same time being nice to look at.
This model is designed in Fusion 360. Some rendered images are included and I attached a technical drawing for those who are interested.
This object must be printed in three parts: the main frame part 1, 2 and the headphone rest. Fully assembled, it has a height of 246 mm. This means that you need quite a big 3D printer, even for the separate parts.
The model was printed in 3 separate parts on my Creality CR-10 and sliced in Cura 2.6.1. I used ICE filaments PLA 'Wondrous White' 1.75 mm.
I recommend that you print this model with thicker than usual walls because the arched frame is quite thin. Doing so, ensures a really sturdy headphone stand that does not flex under the weight of your headphones.
The hardest part to print is the headphone rest. Print it in the given orientation of the .stl file and don't go easy on support material.

I uploaded a two color split version here: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/color-split-headphone-stand-49243. It turned out decent.
