Over the next 8 lessons I will be showing you how to reproduce the « Object 260 » tank on your home printer.
I will include detailed part lists and assembly instructions plus videos of different stages during the manufacturing, assembly and finishing of the tank.

Painting and finishing
If you follow this tutorial you will end up with a scaled version of the Object 260 and probably a headache from the repeated « Casatchock » music in each video. If anybody has difficulties or needs advice please contact me through MMF studios, I will be more than happy to help.
Assembly of parts B0001, B0002 and B0003
You can assemble the three parts but don’t use any glue just clip them together. Don’t worry if you have some play between B0001 and B0002 this will be taken care of later on.

Bellow is a brief description of printer settings used. You can download the full detailed version in DOWNLOADS PT001A and PT001B You can print the all the parts at the same time but I always favor individual printing if possible when high detail is required 1: because the printed filament stays hotter on the bed so you get better detail. 2: because if something goes wrong you have lost less. Printer setting used: 3 Top, bottom and outside layers Layer height 0,15mm but good results are achieved at 0,2mm Heated bed ON (if available) Support material ON and set for 20% @ 30° (support generated for angles of 30° or more) Infill 20% PT001C and PT001D Printer setting used: 3 Top, bottom and outside layers Layer height 0,2mm Heated bed ON (if available) Support material OFF Infill 20% Printing PT001C and PT001D in the upright position as shown below allows us to keep the same surface finish found on the main body thus making a uniform finish when assembled. PT003A and PT003B Printer setting used: 3 Top, bottom and outside layers Layer height 0,2mm Heated bed ON (if available) Support material ON and set for 10% @ 45° (support generated for angles of 45° or more) Infill 20% Printing PT003A and PT003B in laying down position as shown below allows us to produce good round holes for the axels. VT001 and VT002 Printer setting used: 3 Top, bottom and outside layers Layer height 0,15mm but good results are achieved at 0,2mm Heated bed ON (if available) Support material ON and set for 20% @ 30° (support generated for angles of 30° or more) Infill 20% Printing VT001 and VT002 in laying down position as shown below allows us to produce the same surface finish as the main body. Dont forget to print 2 of each piece LP001 Printer setting used: 3 Top, bottom and outside layers Layer height 0,15mm but good results are achieved at 0,2mm Heated bed ON (if available) Support material OFF Infill 15% Dont forget to print 2 pieces
