There is a huge flaw with Original Prusa Research MK3S Extruder. Components around the Hotend can sag while printing with advertised filaments. Those with an enclosure are more at risk. I encountered this problem with a factory part, not self printed. Self printed PETG had the same issue unless infill is increased to minimum 30%, at the cost of motor wear from additional mass.

Reprint the parts with at minimum ABS or Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate
Message for private orders and pictures. I can print extruders with Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate material. Printed models have no warp, misaligned walls, or any defects. Results look like pla or petg prints. All models printed on Prusa Textured Sheet. :)
I mostly use my printer for professional drafting and fun side projects. Rest assured printed parts are high quality. I can not have my printer down for long if at all due to the numerous Mechanical Drafts from CertaScan Technologies.
Until Prusa Research develops MK3S R5, here is a viable solution that works with current printers.
