Description
608 Idler Pulley to fit onto a standard 608 zz bearing with 25mm centre groove diameter and 30mm outside diameter.
A standard 608zz bearing will fit onto the stand which can then be bolten together with a M6 nut if required (I'm using these without the M6 nut).

Print all three parts, slip the pulley over the bearing, then slip the bearing onto the two sides of the stand. Once the stand is bolten into place with 4 M3 nuts/or 3mm screws the assembly works fine. These parts have been working in my 3D delta printer for more than 2 years now. Print at 0.2 mm layer height, with 10% infill. This uses 5 g of filament and takes 38 minutes.
