I normally use a Sony SBH-20 Bluetooth adapter to get sound from my phone to my headphones. It's pretty much the perfect device for that, but I decided to try a cheap alternative. The BlitzWolf works OK, but it doesn't clip on to clothes like the Sony.
I wish the +/- buttons on the device didn't skip tracks with short taps, because it's just too easy to accidentally skip tracks instead of changing volume (or just skip tracks by bumping the button accidentally). This case/clip helps with that a bit by making it less likely that the buttons are hit by accident.
If you already have a BlitzWolf or that's all you can afford, try this clip case. If not, I recommend the SBH-20 (the new version is SBH-24, but it doesn't seem to be released in Europe yet).
I'm uploading two versions of the model. The main version is the one that has support structures already in the STL, so you shouldn't use supports in your slicer. If you want to add supports in yout slicing software, there's another version for that, but I really recommend the version with the custom supports.
The print shown is PETG, but I made prototype versions out fo PLA and they worked fine too. I think PETG is better for this application due to its greater temperature stability.

The design is great and the fit is nice and snug. The clip feels solid and has quite a bit of flex, even though I printed it in PLA. There's just one issue: The headphone jack hole is offset a couple of mm to the right ( see attached photo) which allows plugging in a pair of earbuds but a larger 3.5mm jack (like the metal one included in the packaging) won't fit. I traced the outline of the jack and used a utility knife to enlarge the hole (~9.5mm diameter) so everything fits nicely.
