"This December, 50,000 world leaders from over 190 nations will meet in Paris for the COP21 Paris Climate Conference to (hopefully) pass resolutions to combat climate change. The stakes couldn't be higher, but the outcome remains unclear. Send a message from #EarthToParis - tell the world's leaders to make bold commitments to combat climate change.
