Hey Guys! I am proud to introduce to you, Gizmo!
He has been a fun project to design and a really fun print to play with. Here you have all the parts you need to print your own Gizmo. I am still working on some more fun improvements to add to the project so I will have some updates soon.
Donations are appreciated but I wanted to create a bit of a reward for donations. My Etsy page will have some new upgrades very soon so if you would like to contribute to future projects, head over to Etsy and get some more fun Gizmo parts at the same time!

Thanks for checking out my project!

When printing Gizmo you will want to follow these guidelines for best results:
Infill:
Body Parts: 20%
Pins and Hands: 75-100%
Hardware: 100%
Feet: 50%
Resolution for all: .20
(This project uses friction joints that need some roughness to work properly. Too smooth and you will have to add some sticky tack to the joints to be able to pose him. But feel free to experiment and share your results.)
All printed in PLA but other materials are fine as well. I have started experimenting with PETG for the hardware due to some twist offs with my bolts.
IMPORTANT NOTE Be very careful when tightening your bolts. They can snap on you. Just start with snug and work the joints around some to make the parts ware to fit each other. Then tighten a little bit here and there. You will have some gaps in your body parts. That is by design to help the parts to ware to each other and stay tight enough to pose.
