Poly Fox Mask

Hey all! Polygon Fox design, I made 2 versions.
- Wall Bust version, it has a support on the back to hang on the wall.
- Mask version, which has two sets of "holes" on the side so that you can put some elastic through it, I didn't want obvious holes so I discretely removed some 'fur', it can be a little difficult to locate so the accompanying images show you where the holes are.
The object orientation, the nose should be pointing up towards the ceiling.
The mask is currently sized for a Pupillary distance of 62mm, but everyone's face is a little different, so please measure your head and eye distance and resize the mask for your face.
Lastly, I don't have a multicolor printer, but I think this would look great as a multicolor print. every fluff of fur is a separate mesh polygon, so theoretically you could separate the objects and assign them a random color value and then print a super cool multicolor design, for anyone who has a multicolor 3d printer please feel free to remix this.
Follow the Print instructions listed under "Printing Details" below.
Infill Instructions:
- For the Bust version, use any infill, 25% is fine
- For the Mask version, lower infill is better so it's light and easy to wear, without compromising the integrity of wearing it all day. I would recommend 10% Infill using ZigZag on Cura. ZigZags provide nice support at half the filament and increases the speed. (I hate the default triangle infill, but if you plan to do triangles then use at least 15%.)
This will need Supports also, but they were easy to remove! Really! Use "Everywhere" for Support Placement, can use default ZigZag; use a minimum angle of 65 degree overhang or less.
Post-Printing:
There are two sets of holes in the mask for the elastic band, you can use any old elastic, shoelace, hair band, etc...
I would not recommend doing a 'loop behind the ear' approach, I dont know, as a kid I always found that just hurt my ears after a while. Instead criss cross the elastics like an "X" shape.
