To minimize the amount of support material needed, lay the object flat on the build plate and drop it half of its Z-height (-9.5mm at full scale) so that only half of the object is printed. Use support and brim and a small layer height such as 0.1mm. Do the same for the other half, or in this case just print the first half a second time since the object is symmetrical. Remove the support and brim on both parts, and glue the halves together.
