Great model. I had a great time painting it, even tried mud paint for the base and i'm very happy with result :)

I 3D printed a great big Iron Man! He was printed in 'Coffee' colored PLA (by Dazzle Light) in 5 total pieces. Each piece taking about 17 hours to print. He weighs nearly a kilogram and takes up about a square foot. I used Meshmixer tree support and Slic3r support simultaneously. My Mesh Mixer Tree Support Settings: Y-Offset: 8mm (rasied 8mm off bed) Tip Diameter: 0.4 (set to my nozzle size) Layer Height: 0.15 (use the print layer that you will enter into your slicing program) Slic3r Support On, detect bridging perimeters on.

Thanks for this wonderful model. It was a lot of fun printing and painting it. I added a remix with tubes inside the model for wiring LEDs into the head and chestplate.

Awesome model. Printed in Hatchbox PLA red. Can't wait to paint it. Did .12 mm layer heights at 50mm/s print speed. Took 42 hours to print at around 95% percent scale (to fit my duplicator i3 print bed)

I printed the model and is made of metal. IRON MAN SHOULD BE FROM IRON.Yes, I put a red stone instead of a reactor
