Mathematically generated object (thanks MathMod). Can be a pendant, or perhaps just a toy to spin on your desk. Perhaps print 2 small ones for earrings.
Maybe a set of 2, 3, or more, on a neck chain is just the thing. You can always print different sizes to make the set look just that bit more interesting. Or even mirror-image so the twist goes in the opposite direction.
The gray image is from MeshLab. There is a screenshot of the file loaded into Cura, ready to save after slicing, but this design is likely to be too hard to get a good print out of a desktop filament machine.

If you want a desk toy, then full size (84mm long) is probably a good size. However, for a pendant, you might want to reduce the size a little.
Consider a mirror image to create a matching pair.
Cura can generate a GCODE file, but the support it needs on a desktop filament machine makes it a bit rough. I had a couple of visitors who had not seen a 3D printer in operation, so I did some prints of this (at 30% size and 40% size). Doesn't look too bad on the top side, but really rough underneath. The visitors were impressed, but I wasn't.
