This set of objects can be used to print shoulder, elbow and knee armors for a Black Widow Infinity War cosplay.

All the armor pieces are symmetrical, so there's no need to mirror the objects for left and right sides. The pads are all split into two parts for higher quality printing with less support material, but this does mean that the parts will need to be joined.

I used HobbyKing's flexible filament to print the armors. I used strong thread and a curved needle to stitch the pieces together. The models have holes for the thread. If you print using a rigid material, you can probably just use glue. I used Liquisole rubber glue to glue up the seams. They are still visible, but I'm generally not after a 100% perfect finish (just good enough so that people generally do not notice any flaws). I really like Liquisole because it's strong and flexible, but it does take ages to set.

The joined pieces were coated then with a rubber paint (Rubber Comp – probably similar to PlastiDip) and found that the paint sticks onto the print really well and gave the finish I was after.

The shoulder and elbow armors have 25mm and 30mm elastic straps glued on them using Liquisole. A small patch of hooked velcro was sewn on to the shoulders to keep them in place under the vest.

I originally just used an elastic strap and some velcro for the knees, but as the elastic was not properlyl attached to the suit, the knee pads kept sliding down. This kit includes a mechanism for attaching the knee pads to a suit so that they are still easy to remove and only a small piece needs to be permanently stitched on to the underlying suit. The rail and middle part were printed using the same flexible filament, but black PLA was used for the locking part.

I'm generally quite happy with the modeling on these parts. I had a hard time finding good reference material for the knees, so those might be off a bit and they might also be slightly on the small side, especially if you don't have super skinny legs. Print 110% or 120%, if they seem too small.
