Yes, that thing that goes in that hole in your desk to pass cords through is called a desk grommet. You're welcome.
This design prints in 2 pieces(in the same STL). Put the "body" in the hole, put your cord plugs through, and then gently snap the "cover" into place. Easy peasy magic improvement.
Standard sizes from 1 inch to 3 inches are included.

Print both pieces in their default orientation to avoid any overhangs. If you can't get them to fit together, try modifying the "tolerance" variable in Onshape.
