Uses stock parts!
Allows you to add a damper to the Ender 3 Y-axis on models with a press fit pulley that isn't easily removable. The metal motor bracket should be moved to the opposite side of the Y-axis bar along with the endstop switch. The new endstop mount will allow you to mount it this way using stock parts. See the second picture for details.
The "Y_Axis_Damper_Mount_Set" file will print both parts at the same time and save you a few minutes.

Tips are appreciated if I saved you a few dollars not replacing the pulley :)
You may need to adjust printing tolerances in your slicer to get the endstop screws to fit nicely since they screw directly into the plastic, I've designed it to work well with tolerance set to "middle" since its the default setting
