Update 10 July 2019: Added a 4 in 1 model ( fo3-frag-4in1.stl ) so you can print the whole body + top pin at once without support.
so you do not have to print the following files:
fo3-frag-t-pin.stl
fo3-frag-bottom.stl
fo3-frag-mid.stl
fo3-frag-top.stl
2x fo3-frag-pegs.stl
A While ago I 3D Modelled the Frag Grenade from Fallout 3 / Fallout New Vegas... It was meant to be publicly available but due time I never released it until now! Enjoy this "Exact" model / replica from the game!

Can be printed without any support... BUT...
Only the "fo3-frag-lever.stl" and "fo3-frag-b-holder.stl" is printed with support. :)
You can also print the fo3-frag-4in1.stl file so you do not have to print the following files:

fo3-frag-bottom.stl
fo3-frag-mid.stl
fo3-frag-top.stl
