This is a hand crank coffee dispenser that dispenses 2 tablespoons of grounds for every full turn of the crank. Can you use it for full beans and other things? That'd be neat. Drop in flour, seasonings, or whatever else it is you might wish to dispense. It is easy to assemble and all parts can be printed support free.
To print support free: - Print the auger with a 4mm brim with the blades facing straight up - the flat face on the backside should be down - Print the spout upside down with a 3-4mm brim - Print the lid with the handle side up - Print the roller on its side - Print the roller cap with the cap side down - Print the body right side up - Print the handle so the bump on it is facing up To assemble: - Place the auger in the body of the dispenser solid side first - Snap the handle into the auger, making sure to have the bump on it fit into the indentation in the auger (this should secure it in place) - Place the roller onto the handle - Place the roller cap on the end of the handle to secure the roller in place - Fill with coffee grounds or beans - Put the lid in place - Crank clockwise one turn to dispense 2 tablespoons - (optional) To further secure the handle, you can place a piece of 1.75mm filament into the hole and cut to size Note: I ran out of filament printing the body, but all other parts have been printed successfully without support. Pictures will be uploaded soon.
