To assemble, you put in the axels (small in front, large in back) and you then surround it with washers, then the weels, then another washer. Shouldn't need glue, everything should be snug. If glue is needed, then don't glue the axel in the car's holes.
Print with supports for the full assembly, but if you are doing it piece by piece, only the car and wheels need supports. If the axels don't print round while sitting flat on the bed, then print separate ones that stand up vertically. To remove supports small cutters work and a drill helps the most for the holes.
