I hope you enjoy, I've always liked trees in the movies that have eyes!
The only part I used support material on was the eye casings. I printed the outer eyes in wood PLA and used a dark stain to get the look I wanted. It's pretty easy to do and looks cool.
I used the natural tree "mouth" and scaled the eyes according to that. However, the eyes may look better if scaled up on a big tree. Currently the longest dimension is 100mm across. I think 120mm-130mm may look better. If you have any trouble upscaling, let me know or go into TinkerCAD and adjust accordingly. There are two screw holes per eye backing, but you may only need one. I put two in case the eyes didn't want to stay put. Also, you can slightly adjust they way they are looking by turning the inside eye part. To install the eyes, put the backing on the eyes, hold on tree and screw in. Slide the eye off the backing and install the color of eyes you like. Easy to change!
You will have to separate the objects to print different colors.
