Tap handle with customizable text

3D printing has some limitations when it comes to printing in multiple colors. Even though, i had a vision for a tap handle where i could easily swap out the text of the tap handle itself when i change the beer keg, and still have the beer logo in more colors than one.
I also wanted to be able to print the text-insert in multiple colors, but i don't have an MMU-unit, so my thought is that i print the insert with the text at different levels. If i want to print with 3 colors, i first model the first text at, lets say 0,4mm above the plate. Then i model the next part at 0,8mm above the plate. Then i will be able to print the plate in one color, change filament, print 0,4mm of text, change filament and then print the last 0,4mm of text with another color.
This beer tap handle has 3/8-16 threads that will fit nicely onto a Perlick tap. Feel free to modify the thread to another kind of tap if you so wish.
(The text-insert was scaled wrong when i printed the one in the example-picture. The STL's that are uploaded are scaled properly.)
Print the handle at 0.15mm layers for best detail and finish
Print the sign at 0.20mm layers
