This is a variant of my previous design, and is designed to be printed with rigid filaments. The internal shims have been removed, and the hexagonal nut housing has been increased.
Although on some printers it can be printed without supports, it's advisable to put only only few supports under the hooking point.
Excellent results can be obtained using wood filaments. You can add an interesting effect to your print by varying the temperature. This creates a texture that simulates the grain of the wood. I used a python script that modifies the gcode by inserting the appropriate temperature variations.
I've inserted two ptfe shims (0.25 mm thick) between key and key-holder to minimize abrasion.
Use a M4x20 allen screw and a M4 self locking nut to assemble the key holder.
