Confidence By Kay allows me to be my whole self in all my eccentric glory. Working an ordinary office job by day and having a hectic family life in the evenings, 3D printing and hand-painting have become a kind of cathartic release for my weirdness. Successful 3D printing is an art in and of itself, requiring attention to some of the most unsuspecting parameters or settings that can make or break a model during the printing process, along with some experimentation! Finally, by breathing unique life into each one by painting their finer details with a combination of acrylic paints and metallic waxes, I give each piece its unconventional personality.
